While we apply professional expertise and best practices, we do not guarantee specific financial results, audience size, revenue, or growth outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Supplying required content, approvals, and materials on time
  • Respecting agreed timelines and scope boundaries
  • Ensuring they have rights to any materials they provide

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All original concepts, frameworks, systems, designs, and methodologies developed by kfi4all DigitalArts LLC remain our intellectual property.
  • Clients receive usage rights only for the specific deliverables agreed upon.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or repackaging of our work is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments & Fees

Fees for services will be communicated clearly before work begins.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Milestone-based or upfront payments may apply
  • Late payments may delay delivery or suspend services

8. Revisions & Change Requests

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope constitute a change request and may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

We may reference completed projects for portfolio or case study purposes unless confidentiality has been explicitly agreed.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party services.
