kfi4all DigitalArts LLC provides professional digital services, creative production, media solutions, and technology platforms that often involve planning, customization, time allocation, and resource commitment.
For this reason, refunds are handled carefully and fairly, based on the type of service or product purchased and the stage of execution.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Consultation fees or discovery sessions
- Digital products once delivered or accessed
- Customized or bespoke services already initiated
- Downloaded files, templates, or licensed assets
- Training materials already accessed or consumed
- Subscription fees after service activation
3. Refund-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Payment was made in error (duplicate or incorrect charge)
- The service was cancelled before work commenced
- A technical failure on our side prevented service delivery
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, where technically possible.
4. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a service by submitting a written request via email.
If work has already started, refunds (if any) will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
5. Project-Based Work
For projects involving milestones (such as website development, studio production, campaigns, or system builds):
- Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable
- Work already delivered remains billable
- Unused future phases may be cancelled subject to review
6. Subscription & Ongoing Services
Subscription-based services (including hosting, platforms, WebTV access, or learning systems) may be cancelled at any time.
However, payments already made for an active billing cycle are non-refundable.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate service suspension and account review.
We encourage clients to resolve concerns directly with our support team for faster and fairer resolution.
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund or cancellation review, please contact us with:
- Full name and contact details
- Service or product purchased
- Payment reference or invoice ID
- Reason for the request
All requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days.
